01Can I purchase yet?
Not yet. Our Lemon Squeezy store is under review, and paid checkout and automated delivery are not connected. You can explore the public preview without paying. The pricing page describes a proposed launch offer.
02What is available in the preview?
35 collections, three palettes each, separate English and Chinese wording, photo cropping, a short MP4 upload, saved invitation previews, share links and QR covers, RSVP tracking and CSV export. Menus and thank-you cards can be exported as sample PDFs, not professional print files.
03How do I send invitations?
Use Preview & share in the editor. Copy the link or download the personalised PNG cover or QR code. Send it yourself through a message, email or social app. We do not automatically message guests. Anyone with the invitation link can view the published preview and its media.
04How does RSVP tracking work?
Guests enter a name, attendance, party size and an optional note. Hosts open Saved moments, then Replies, to see counts and download CSV. Use individual guest links to track pending responses and let guests update across devices. Open shared links keep their reply identity in the same browser. You can close replies or set a deadline; the preview supports up to 300 replies per invitation.
05Can I use my own photo or video?
Yes. Photos: JPG, PNG or WebP up to 12 MB, with crop and frame controls. Video: one MP4 up to 100 MB and 30 seconds, played inside the invitation card. The editor checks duration; this preview does not provide managed transcoding, music licensing or downloadable animated-video rendering.
06Are the English and Chinese versions automatic translations?
No. You write each version independently, including names and venue wording. Event date, time, time zone and RSVP deadline stay aligned. Guests can switch between the two prepared language versions.
07Does it work in WeChat and mainland China?
This is a responsive website, not a WeChat Mini Program. You can share its link or QR code in a message, but access from mainland China has not been verified and an upstream hosting block has been reported. Independent hosting and mainland testing are required before we market reliable China access.
08Which payment methods will be accepted?
No payment methods are active yet. We intend to connect Lemon Squeezy. Available methods will depend on approval, integration and the buyer’s location. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, WeChat Pay and Alipay should not be treated as guaranteed until shown in your live checkout.
09Do I need an account?
Browsing and editing do not require an account. Sign in to save invitations and upload media. Guests do not need a host account to view an accessible published invitation or submit an RSVP.
10What information does this preview store?
Saved invitations contain the wording and event details you provide, uploaded media, and the host account identifier. RSVP records contain the submitted guest name, attendance, party size and note. Media and replies are used to provide the invitation and host dashboard. The demo on the homepage stays in page memory and does not submit RSVP records.
11How long are invitations kept?
Preview links expire 12 months after first publication. Expiry stops guest access but does not automatically erase stored records or media. You can permanently delete an invitation, its uploads and RSVP records from Saved moments; export replies first if you need them. Automated retention and the final sales/privacy terms remain launch requirements.
